If you’re confused by the sheer amount of kratom products available, you’re not alone. Most users only find their perfect kratom mix after some trial and error. Ask for help, try what’s out there, and if you’re not completely satisfied the first time, don’t hesitate to learn more and try again!

1) The different tribes:

In general, the stems refer to the color of the veins in the leaf of the plant. There are several varieties and each has its own unique properties. When choosing a strain, ask yourself what effect you are looking for (such as relaxation, pain relief, focus, etc.). Once you’ve chosen a strain, choosing the final product is pretty easy. There are 3 central vein colours:

Red varieties – the best choice for anxiety, relaxation and mild depression. With red varieties you notice a calm that creeps gently over you; usually within an hour or so. Their effects also last a little longer than with other strains. It’s different for everyone, but five to ten hours is the norm.
White Strains – If you are looking for energy or pain relief, you will quickly see the effects of the white vein strains. It will get you through the hectic part of your day without keeping you up at night.
Green Strains- Also good for energy and pain relief. Very similar to the white variants, except the effects last longer. If you take it once and want to get through your whole day at work, this is the kind you want, but I wouldn’t take it too late in the day as it can disrupt your sleep.

2) Choice of form and potency:

Kratom can be purchased in several forms: powder, liquid extract, or capsule form. Each shape has its advantages, but in the end it’s a matter of personal preference.

Powder – Buying red kratom may be the easiest way to ensure you get the dose you want. The best way to get the powder is by mixing it into a smoothie or protein shake. Make a small portion though, as you probably won’t like the taste and the sooner you can drink it, the better. It can be mixed with yogurt or brewed into a tea, but the taste and texture don’t make these options very popular.
Extract – This form is said to work the fastest, but can also vary widely depending on the concentration – which can be confusing to some. If you see a number with an “X” next to it, e.g. B. 25X, this corresponds to 25 grams of powder. It does NOT mean it is 25 times stronger than regular kratom!
Capsule – Probably the easiest way to buy and ingest kratom as it almost completely hides the taste. However, it is not recommended unless you want to pay extra; sometimes lots of extras. First, the price will be higher simply because you have to use the capsules as part of the packaging process. Also, you need to take several capsules – sometimes 8 or 10, because there is only so much powder that can be packed into each capsule. This means fewer doses per pack, which costs more.

3) Find a reputable provider:

The best way to choose a good provider is to do your own research by searching the web, visiting review sites, or asking for recommendations on social media.

Visit the seller’s website and social media pages. Make sure it looks professional and is free of flashy ads or annoying pop-ups. (A serious seller or business will want to spare no expense to provide you with a truly great shopping experience).
Read reviews from previous customers (if there were no reviews, I’d move on) on the supplier’s website.
